How Our Pricing Works

Lanyard pricing is quote-based, so you only pay for the spec you actually need. The final per-unit price is shaped by four things:

• Lanyard Material: Nylon is typically the most cost-effective while polyester sublimation and leather sit at the higher end.
• Printing Method: Silkscreen is the more economical choice for simple logos, while full sublimation carries a higher cost because the design is printed across the entire strap rather than a single panel.
• Width: Lanyards come in 15mm and 20mm widths. The narrower 15mm option is lighter, more discreet, and typically slightly cheaper per unit, while 20mm gives you a larger print area and a more prominent look, making it the usual pick when the branding needs to read from a distance.
• Add-Ons: These can include safety buckles, badge reels, and neck release clips, with each adding a small cost per piece.
