• Use large, legible fonts. Headlines should be readable at a distance. Avoid decorative typefaces that reduce legibility at large sizes.

• Place your logo and key message in the top third. Eye level on a roll-up banner is roughly 1 metre from the ground, so the most important content should sit in the upper portion where it is seen first.

• Maintain high colour contrast. Light text on a dark background or vice versa ensures readability across lighting conditions.

• Include one clear call to action. Whether it is a QR code, a website, or a phone number, keep it singular and prominent.

• Keep the bottom 100mm clear of critical content. This area is concealed inside the cassette base and will not be visible when the banner is displayed.

Yes. The roll up banner and its retractable stand are built to be reused across many events. However, the printed graphic itself cannot be swapped out for a different design. If you need new artwork on the same stand, a new banner print will need to be ordered.

How do I set up a pull up banner?

Setup takes less than 30 seconds. Place the base on a flat surface, extend the support pole, attach the top of the banner to the pole, and pull the banner up from the cassette until it is taut. Secure the pole in place and your banner is ready to display.
